While housecleaning is a luxury service, we want this to be available to anyone and everyone!
By being an all natural and eco-friendly cleaning company who is licensed, bonded, and insured, it adds a substantial amount of value to the service. Instead of pocketing that extra money that we are confident we could charge, we keep the prices lower.
Another way we can keep our prices low are by making our own cleaning products and using mostly reusable/washable cleaning tools. Instead of buying fancy & expensive cleaner, we keep things simple around here. This brings us the next great thing about our service.
Eco-Friendly
Did you know that conventional cleaning products cause a range of serious issues such as skin rashes, irritation to the eyes or throat, headaches, cancer, and more? Every cleaning product we use is 100% chemical free!
Conventional cleaning products are also harmful to our planet. When you use these harsh chemicals in your sink, dishwashers, toilets, etc. they rinse down your drain and eventually into our water and soil. Our cleaning products are Earth-approved!
We use a few basic products to clean your space:
- Vinegar
The acidic nature of vinegar is so powerful it can dissolve mineral deposit, dirt, grease, and grime. It’s also strong enough to kill bacteria. (source) - Baking Soda
Baking soda absorbs odors and it’s slightly abrasive to remove stains and grime. When paired with vinegar it creates a non-toxic chemical reaction, making this pair a mean, green cleaning machine! - Lemon
Similar to vinegar, it’s acidity makes it great for killing bacteria. But it also works as a whitener and a deodorizer. - Biodegradable, Organic, and plant based soap.
This soap is four times more concentrated than most dish soaps out there, making it less wasteful. It’s such a powerful soap that when it’s paired with our other products, we have a powerhouse of clean, green products! - Essential oils
Essential oils are all natural and biodegradable and many contain powerful antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial, and antiviral properties that make them remarkably effective at household cleaning. (source) Plus, they smell amazing!
Housecleaning Service
We have three types of residential cleanings: standard maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans.
Below is a description of the two types of cleans.
Standard Maintenance Clean
- Dust everything, including baseboards, and cobwebs
- Clean the floors (sweep, mop, and vacuum)
- Scrub and disinfect the most commonly used surfaces
- Kitchen
- Cabinets
- Counters
- Backsplash
- Sinks
- Microwave (inside and out)
- Outside of Appliances
- Stovetop
- Sliding glass doors (inside and out)
- Bathroom
- Sinks
- Counters
- Cabinets
- Toilets
- Showers
- Tubs
- Bathroom garbages
- Kitchen
Client can request additional tasks for an additional fee, such as, but not necessarily limited to: taking out other garbages, windows, scrubbing other surfaces in the house, etc.
Deep Cleans
- Everything that’s included in a standard maintenance clean
- Scrubbing baseboards
- Scrubbing walls
- Scrubbings doors and trim
- Glass and trim on windows
Client can request additional tasks for an additional fee.
Move-In/Move-Out Clean
- Everything included in deep clean
- Wipe out kitchen cabinets and drawers
- Wipe out bathroom cabinets and drawers
- Wipe out inside of fridge
Client can request additional tasks for additional fee, such cleaning the inside of the oven.
List of services not provided are:
- Dishes
- Laundry
- Tidying up and organizing
- Carpet shampooing
- Blinds (we dust them, but do not professionally clean them)
- Cleaning up animal feces and urine
- Anything outside the home
- Animal cages
- Mold removal
- If there is minimal mold somewhere in an area we are already cleaning, such as the shower or a sink, we will clean it, but any type of mold that is severe or in an area we wouldn’t typically clean, you would need to hire a professional mold removal service.
